Really excited to introduce Ruth who will be hosting this exclusive workshop for us.
Whether you’ve spent chapters your life emotional eating, binging and purging, yo-yo dieting, or simply hating the way you look, I’m here to help you thrive again.
My name is Ruth, I’m an Eating Disorders Counsellor (MBACP) who helps clients find nourishing relationships with food and their bodies.
In this workshop we’ll take a gentle and introductory look at why we have developed certain relationships with food – and you absolutely don’t need to have an ‘eating disorder’ diagnosis to join!
From ‘racket feelings’, to ‘scripts’, and ‘coping strategies’, this session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, with tools and ideas to take forward into your own life.
To keep this workshop safe and inclusive for all, participation during the workshop is not required verbally, however you will instead be sent a beautiful toolkit to use at your own pace.
