  • Get inspiration and advice from women who ‘got there’
  • Get support in dealing with workplace microaggressions and stereotyping

The struggles faced by minorities have been a hot topic of discussion, and black Instagram squares, over the past year

Now is the time for action.

You’ll be in a group of wonderful women who accept each other, and celebrate diversity. You’ll feel like you DO fit inyour ideas ARE valid, and that you CAN achieve your dreams. Support each other to smash those glass ceilings and be Lifted up to the place you are meant to be.

Lifted is run by Paula Shutt, an Edinburgh Marketing Consultant, Charity Director and mum of two. Paula knows what it’s like to be the only person of colour in the Boardroom, and is on a mission to change things for the better for minority women in the workplace.
