There will be regular events on the Netwomen.co platform, where you can :
- Learn from the struggles of women making all the moves
- Feel supported in your business growth or career building
- Get inspiration and advice from women who ‘got there’
- Get support in dealing with workplace microaggressions and stereotyping
- Share opportunities
- Share knowledge
- Gain encouragement and tools to promote diversity in your place of work
- Network with like minded sisters
The struggles faced by minorities have been a hot topic of discussion, and black Instagram squares, over the past year.
Now is the time for action.
You’ll be in a group of wonderful women who accept each other, and celebrate diversity. You’ll feel like you DO fit in, your ideas ARE valid, and that you CAN achieve your dreams. Support each other to smash those glass ceilings and be Lifted up to the place you are meant to be.
Lifted is run by Paula Shutt, an Edinburgh Marketing Consultant, Charity Director and mum of two. Paula knows what it’s like to be the only person of colour in the Boardroom, and is on a mission to change things for the better for minority women in the workplace.
