Welcome to netwomen group coaching! FOR COACHING MEMBERS ONLY- you will be invited via email.
This month our 30 minute group coaching session is on 19th january and we will be reflecting on 2020, talking about resilience and adaptability.
I will give you the opportunity for questions at various times during the call.
The last 10 minutes will be a visualisation to reset your mindset.
You can interact as much or as little as you wish in the chat on zoom and you may want to take notes for the first 20 minutes.
There will be no more than 12 ladies in this session plus myself.
This call will be recorded for my purpose only and will not be shared. Let me know if you are ok with this.
